So the points for the cake were way too many but oh...they are worth it. Then on Sunday, Easter, we went to the farm...Mother made a Red Velvet Cake...Happens to be my favorite!! Anyway today is Monday and I am thinking of it as and new start on WW. You can go and check out a new post over at the other site.

So for the rabbit the photos of him are so funny...all you see is fur! He is a ball of fluff! The name has been hard to come by...we all can't agree. And to be honest it will be hard to top a cool name like Gumball!! So I think I FINALLY have it..Louie! Many reasons why...one is I just like it. Our turtle it named Roy and it kinda goes with it. I had a college prof named that and I still pray for him to find the Truth...now a rabbit with the name will keep me on task more! And Louise Gossett Jr, they are of the same skintone. Oh and I didn't know rabbits could have dandruf!! He does!!

Okay so I FINALLY have the name...drum roll..BOO!
Scout, our Siberian Husky, is named after a character in the book, "To Kill A Mockingbird", so when we got Shadow she just was not a Boo...well the rabbit is. Okay so there you go, His name is BOO!

Happy Birthday to ME! Yea! I had a great one! You won't believe what I got....Stephen got me a hutch, a movie, and an earth box. Dale and Merideth got me a rabbit for the hutch!! WOW O WOW! We are going to keep the new family member in the house! She/He will arrive tomorrow, evidentally my son was very specific about what to get so his Daddy had to "special" order it! Oh wow do I feel loved! I will post more photos tomorrow when we get the bunny...

This just STINKS. I would use stronger language but worry someday the words will come back to haunt me! Well to make a long story and even longer day short, weather is Texas changes so fast...so fast that we had/have a snow storm that makes big idiots of Texas drivers. So much have they become idiots that they wrecked my trip to see my two dear friends. Ohh couldn't they just SEE my BOISE STATE sticker that shows I know how to drive and then SLOW down...NOOooo. They flipped me off, honked at me, then a mile down the road slid off into the bar ditch. They cause a pile up which took over an hour to get past...then, to add insult to injury (my heart is sad) I hear the roads in Dallas are getting worse and will be so bad in the morning, I had by this time decided to change my afternoon ticket to Friday morning, that I didn't feel it was safe to go to the airport. So the entire weekend, the one the 3 of us planned so much, prayed so much and wished so much for has been canceled. I know we will reschedule, and soon hopefully, but I was set for THIS weekend, THIS time! Oh well...thanks for all the prayer buddies. I will post a more "happy" entry later. I am trying to think of positives, one I came up with is I can watch Lost with Stephen...ok well I better go clean up the mess that had already started in my home....I was only gone for 5 hours!!

Can you believe that it was over 70 yesterday and that it is snowing today! Wow. Dale decided that he wanted to catch snowflakes on his tongue and then have hot chocolate and get cozy under a blanket with a movie. (Merideth is sleeping) That boy is a planner just like me! Anyway we have had a great day. We have done school. I have supper ready to go into the oven. I have gotten to sew! I am about to finish a project...then more cozy under a blanket. It is COLD!
